Photography & Downloads Policy Agreement
Use of design, images, logos or photographs associated with Steve Bromberg Photography are strictly prohibited. Images in use on the company web page, the Postcards, the Screensaver and Wallpaper pages, cannot be used even by other parties; they are under limited-use agreements when downloaded and are the property of Steve Bromberg Photography.
Rights Managed Policy Photography falls into several distint catagories of usage. Royalty Free means that the photographer takes a fee for the photographs with the consent that you may reuse or duplicate the photographs in various uses or mediums without additional fee or consent. Rights Managed refers to the limited use of photographs even for specific fees. Most of the photographs on this web site are Rights Managed and may NOT be duplicated, downloaded, emailed without first negotiating and receiving permission from the photographers.
Binding Contracts
It is understood this studio is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract.
No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
The studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Negatives and previews remain the exclusive property of this studio.
In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding, special event, or contracted appearance, the retainer paid is not refundable.
The studio takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs. However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studio's liability is limited to refund of the retainer.
Notice of Copyright It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce their photographs elsewhere without photographer's permission, and violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
